I fwith things like memory management which seems a problem with the Storm.ound many aspects of the BlackBerry Storm difficult to grasp. It was my first real exposure to touch screen use. This book really helped me to master the basic interface and to become productive quickly. My only cvriticism is that there could be more "technical" information dealing

As one whose family thinks of as technologically-challenged, I headed straight for this book when I bought my STORM. It helped me get started and now I go back when I'm ready to go more in depth or need help or a a review. My disappontment has been that it seems the book was written slightly before my version of the STORM, because some of the data does not fit my options. But I'd not have come this far without it, so have to say it helped!

If you're like me, having all of the information in one place, rather than having to do multipe searches, than this book is for you. I found it to be very comprehensive and answered 99% of my questions. A very goof source for the Strom.

This book is a great, in-depth owner's manual for the Storm. However, don't expect any really great tips, tricks or ideas that are not covered in the Storm manual. I recommend this book as a reference for people who have never had a BlackBerry device before since it explains the setup and operation in detail. The information presented is accurate, informative and concise.

The Blackberry Storm is my first Blackberry but not my first smart phone. (My previous phone was a Treo 700W). I wanted to have a reference beyond that from the manufacturer/ cell provider. This book is clearly written and indexed. I've had several questions on trying to get the best use from my phone, such as getting pictures from the phone to my pc without having to send them. It's been easy to find the answers in The Blackberry Storm for Dummies
