In one book, Samura manages to convince you that 1) Anotsu's really not such a bad guy, 2) even hookers have their pride and 3) Rin so totally has a crush on Manji. And who can blame her? Anyway, their latest opponent is Makie, a geisha with a sword and a morality that's been lacking in their previous encounters with the Itto-ryu (except maybe for Magatsu). Suffering produces character, I suppose...Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

Cry of the Bloodworms was great, Dreamsong is better. The Geisha proves to be quite a challenge for Manji, and, chances are, without Rin, he could have died. Very good story, artwork is top of the line. Couldn't ask for more. Well, maybe some more in the series! Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
