Meet the Author

Bleach is author Tite Kubo's second title. Kubo made his debut with ZOMBIEPOWDER., a four-volume series for Weekly Shonen Jump. To date, Bleach has been translated into numerous languages and has also inspired an animated TV series that began airing in Japan in 2004. Beginning its serialization in 2001, Bleach is still a mainstay in the pages of Weekly Shonen Jump. For the first time, Ikkaku uses bankai. He finally finds someone fun to fight. Ikkaku only fought the arrancar for the sake of his joy. unfortunately the arrancar was too strong, and Ikkaku dies :(

I think all the Bleach books are very good. Espeically this one, because you get to see Ikkaku with banki, and I thought that was really interesting.

Thiswould have to be one of Tite Kubo's best manga yet. Grimjaw is awesome
