Vol 29 starts with the 2nd half of the Ichigo/Dordoni battle and the hilarious Nel healing drool scene! Gotta' love it. The main battle in this volume is the Cirucci vs. Uriyu and Pesche battle, which was well illustrated. It's much more detailed than the anime and for that I highly recommend it. Chad begins his fight against Mosqueda towards the end of the book, introducing 2 new powers, and leaves you hanging for volume 30. This book includes a funny side story of the shinigamis going to a beach for some sand sculpting contest. Rangiku teaches Orihime how to carry water without a bucket by using her boobs! It's very hilarious even if all you see are their backsides. Rangiku is so naughty. This book is a great one to add to your Bleach manga collection.

It's an awesome book, especially with Cirucci on the cover. Unfourtanently if you watch the anime Bleach (which on adultswim is up to this point in the book), it's basically the same thing, BUT the Bleach series IS the kind of thing to re-read.
