    I Also Recommend:

This may be Ann Wigmore's most accessible and simple book.

I like that this book doesn't make me feel guilty for all the years I ate the Standard American Diet. It is also a bit less intimidating than her books on sprouts and wheatgrass. This I can do. I CAN grow wheatgrass and sprouts, it's just that I don't enjoy either that much yet. So if I can ease my way into being healthier by blending sprouts and wheatgrass with things I enjoy, maybe I can receive the benefits without having to force myself to consume what I don't yet enjoy the taste of. I look forward to a time when this is no longer true.
