I liked reading it. He writes a good book. It's very entertaining. But I know why this series sat. Needs editing. Annoying that the helper is sometimes ted and sometimes sean. That becomes even more apparent in the fourth book. The two daughters are Sarah, Jane, and Heather. Their jobs also blend. And then the main character is righteous but ready to set up killing someone. That doesn't fit. The Clearwater books are so much better. But these are still a pretty good read.
