Overview

It's been years of the same argument between Kylarra and her father, Victor Knox. As the Lycaen Pack Leader's daughter, she is to marry the next in line, Verrick Conrad. Kylarra refuses to marry that arrogant werewolf. He can go to Hell as far as she is concerned. Granted, he makes her feel such a strong attraction that she isn't sure what will happen when they are left alone, but she doesn't understand why she can't lead on her own. Viktor tries to get her to understand it's for her safety.

Kylarra is exerting less control over her anger, she is forgetting her place, her father notices things happening that frighten him. He fears that it's the blood of her biological parents.
