Blood Claim by Magen McMinimy is a quick, exciting, sexy read.  The story line is inventive and consistent.  I love the characters and the possibilities hinted at for future editions.  I was given this story in exchange for an honest review, and I will be forever grateful.  I cannot wait to continue this journey.

Now I'm a very big fan of vampire fiction, so when I got the chance to read Blood Claim I jumped at it and I wasn't disappointed! I did find the beginning of the book a tad slow and wasn't sure how much I would get into it, but as the book continued I couldn't put it down to the point I even had the kindle app open on the iPad whilst cooking dinner!!! The characters were great, Sophia is a fantastic heroine and Dante is the kind of man you wish you pull out of the book and have for real :). My only complaint would be the cliffhanger ending, which was amazing but left me gagging for more! I cannot wait to is my teeth into book 2

I really liked this book. Can't wait to see where the author is going to go with the series. I was pleasantly surprised with several things in this book that were not the run of the mill vampire traits. I think it was a great book & look forward to reading more by this author.

Read in one sitting!!! WOW!! Phenomenal book I couldn't put it down. It has action, steam, sexiness, suspense and drama. Seriously the best vampire book around. When I started this book I never thought it would end the way it did. The ending was way better than I ever could have imagined and it should be made in to a movie.

I loved this book! Sophia is the only daughter of the original vampire. She is very special and wants to keep her new friends safe. Including the one that her older brother has been trying to find. Pick up this book you will not be disappointed.

I read the books, all of them, a long time ago. I am currently scrolling through the free section when I see this book! This book got me interested in vampires all together. I swear it became my whole the week I read them all.

I just started to read this nook e-book and already hit a section on page 33 where it is missing a page. It is so annoying . As far as the book goes so far it is a good book.

I really liked this book. I do believe I have a new series to follow. I've owned this book for a while and don't know why I hadn't read it before now. Now I have to get the rest in the series. I loved the family dynamics between the brothers and their sister, with her being different than them. I loved how she found a vampire she cold love and hopefully get to stay with. I need the next book STAT.

I enjoyed this start to the series. I went in aware it was a series and read it anyway. I am very picky about reading series as they tend to go sour or lose my interest with repetitiveness. My only complaint about the book...just wanted more. I would have enjoyed a little more fleshing out..but all in all, what a great read. The book synopsis gives you an idea, but does not even give you a hint of what is really in the book. The end is a cliff hanger, a big one. This is not an HEA, it is definitely a page turner, and I will read the rest of the series. I would recommend this to my book club to read.
