    Clear and Direct Information

Being recently diagnosed with very high blood pressure, I wanted to understand exactly what was happening to me, and why. The first part of the book explains exactly what high blood pressure is, in a way that is very easy to understand. Following are 4 sections related to high blood pressure: sodium, weight, exercise and stress. Each section is very informative, giving suggestions for life changes that are needed if you're diagnosed with high blood pressure. I had lots of questions that my doctor didn't answer on the first visit, and this book held all of the answers; it's very thorough and a very simple format to read through. I took it out from the library, renewed it twice, and now I want to buy it so I have it as a reference book.
