    Very Helpful, Finally A Natural Solution To Drugs!!

    When I found out that I had high blood pressure, I thought my only treatment solution was drugs and I really didn't want to do that. I started looking for different treatment methods and I came across this book. The author gave EXCELLENT and USEFUL advice. While reading the book, there was never a time when I was confused about the information because Frank clearly states everything in understandable words. I used the techniques given to me by this book and I am happy to say that my high blood pressure problems are almost all gone. The techniques in this book are VERY HELPFUL and really do work. Anyone that has high blood pressure problems should really consider this fantastic book!

    I loved this book. It changed my life!!!!

    I have been reading this book for about two months. This book has changed my life dramatically, before reading this book, I was your average person with high blood pressure problems on medication. After reading this book, I can tell you that my high blood pressure problems have significantly reduced without taking any medications because I followed the ABSOLUTELY GENIUS techniques in this book. I loved the weekly planner in this book, it was so easy to understand and it made an incredible difference. Most other books I've read on high blood pressure are no where near as organized as Frank Mangano's book because Frank guides you through the process step-by-step, so that you're always understanding the techniques in the book. This book was outstanding!!!

    Knowledge is Power

    Let me begin by saying....I do not have high blood pressure. So why did I purchase 'The High Blood Pressure Miracle'? Simple...a holistic preventative measure by a person who I know is knowledgeable and I trust. Frank cares about these things and about how we can apply healthier living to improve our lives.

    So, true, I don't have high bloodp ressure...yet! Am I a candidate...YES! I'm not overweight and I try to eat healthy but being a single mom of a teenage boy, middle aged, and barely living from paycheck to paycheck can be leading me down this path. I recently had a bout with an infection and a skin rash. Both brought on by stress. In fact the doctor told me the rash is something I've had and will continue to have as my stress levels go up. It takes a lot for me to go to a doctor but after trying to heal myself holistically I gave in. Her best answer was to start to do things to help reduce stress like exercise. "How about meditation", I asked. That too she added. Would she have suggested it without my prompting, I doubt it. Therefore I intend to follow Frank's easy to understand advice and tweak my vitamin regimen, exercising and eat healthier according to the recommendations in his book.Knowledge is Power.

    Excellent Book, A Must Read For Anyone With High Blood Pressure!!!

    This book is truly remarkable, I have had hypertension for quite some time and my blood pressure is starting to go back to normal by following the advice in this book. The author provides the reader with easy to follow instructions, and most of all the extremely effective suggestions in this book are NATURAL ALTERNATIVES to using drugs, which can have all kinds of side effects. This book is very helpful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone with high blood pressure. Thank you Frank for writing such an incredible book!!!!!

    Excellent and Effective

    Frank Mangano is someone that I have been following for quite some time. After first discovering him on NaturalHealthOnTheWeb.com and becoming obsessed with his daily updates on improving health the natural way, I decided to pick up The Blood Pressure Miracle because I was diagnosed with hypertension.

    I had tried a few medications in the past aand was seeing results but I had some serious issues with the side effects with dizziness being the leading problem.

    I read this book inside out and followed Frank's method and within 2 months, I achieved even better results than I did with the medication with zero side effects.

    This book is truly a lifesaver!!
