    great info

I thoroughly enjoy my littl pocket book. I did purchase the hard cover of the different blood types but having my exact blood type helps me in choosing the right foods and beverages. This is not a diet for me it is a lifestyle change.

    Ebook needs serious formatting help

Great in theory, however, the reality is that there are serious formatting issues with this ebook.

A realistic plan that's pretty easy to follow.

The blood type diet explains the 4 blood types, how they evolved, good foods, neutral foods, and avoid foods, and the consequences of eating outside your type. I have found it very effective for my family and myself. Eat Right 4 Your Type has more information on the blood type diet. This book is like the 'field guide.' It contains a compact version of ER4YT for when you are on the go. It's small enough to carry in a pocket or purse, but contains everything you need to know when shopping or eating out.
