Meet the Author

Matthew Wilson not only had health issues but problems with weight as well. On his quest to find a natural solution to the problem he started doing research. After a while he came across publication by Dr. Peter D’Adamo, a naturopath that was promoting the benefits of the Blood Type Diet. In spite of the negative comments by others in the medical community he still decided to give it a try.

He is in the type AB blood group so he made the necessary adjustments to his diet. He then opted to consume more vegetarian options than anything else having meat on occasion and soon found that he was not as sluggish nor was he bothered by some ailments that he was battling to get relief from and he was losing weight. When he incorporated the exercise he was blown away by the positive effects that he had.

As with any diet the aim of the game is moderation. Once Matthew saw what could happen he simply ahs to share it with others. Even if it was not followed to the letter any modification to a healthier diet will bring positive results and this is what he alludes to. He even suggests that the blood type diet can be tried for a while to see how if it works as well for you as it did for him.
