    So my first thought when I saw Blood Type Weight Loss: Change the Way You Live with Your Blood was yeah like that is ever going to work. However I decided it was a unique look at weight loss and after looking at the description decided it was at least worth a read. I am glad that I got the book.

    Stephen Williams is very good at laying out the books that he writes so that you can easily navigate them and return to certain pages without too much effort. Blood Type Weight Loss is no different and I appreciated how easy it was to navigate. The tips that are within the pages are actually useful. I never would have thought that by eating in a way that went best with my blood type that I could actually drop weight.

    As with anything you need to make sure you follow the tips and stay with it for the long term. You are not just going to wake up one morning and be 20lbs lighter. However if you follow the tips and strive to be healthier you will see results. Stephen Williams mentions that by eating this way you will have more energy and have a better sense of health and well-being. I found this really is a true statement and the better you feel the more likely you are to stick with your eating and workout plans.

    A New Body
    A beautiful body and being in good shape are the most important aims of most people in our society, which lives on appearance.
    Stephen Williams tries to help us feeling great with ourselves, giving his precious advice concerning the weight loss and so, concerning diets. 
    For instance, I've tried a lot of diets, but this one is really different from the others, because it's based on the blood type, a method never considered before. Following Williams' instruction means finding a new meaning to our life, starting to realise how good his words sound if accompanied and completed by the delicious food here suggested. Williams' style is really easy to understand, specially if readers are children: yes, because this book has been thought and written just for everyone! If you want to start feeling better in your skin and even with anybody else, you should get a copy of this book, that will immediately open your mind towards diets.  
    This book is interesting because it gives you the chance to discover a new way of taking care of ourselves, starting from something really simple: food and diet, introducing in our everyday life necessary ingredients to our health, without stressing out at all.
    So, if you want to change your life and the relationship with yourself and the others, start to follow the guidelines described in "Blood Type Weight Loss" and so, I'm sure you'll definitely feel much better.

    Great advice for all blood types!


    ‘Blood Type Weight Loss’ is a great new book that explains how to lose weight by eating the right foods depending on your blood type. The science behind this explains that every blood type has sensitivities to certain foods and that by changing what you eat to correspond with your blood type. It’s not a new theory, but it is one that hasn’t seen a lot of coverage in the media lately. This is the perfect beginner book for anyone looking to lose weight with this method.
    Williams treads carefully with this book, since he is not a doctor he can’t write like he is one. But he does relay some great tips and advice that has been gathered to provide readers with an easy to access weight loss guide. The diet itself isn’t hard to follow, and there are tons of information online that goes into much more detail on the science and the history of the weight loss method. This book simply gathers the basics together in one neat location for quick reference.
    It is packed with tips on what to eat for each blood type and offers a fresh look at this particular method of weight loss. Some of the tips are about the diet itself, and others are about combining the diet with activity to increase the weight loss and improve fitness. The great thing about this diet is how good you will feel once you are eating right for your blood type. The author mentions this when he talks about the increased energy levels and overall sense of feeling great. Your self-esteem will skyrocket once you get your weight where you want it to be, and this book helps you achieve that without a struggle or starvation.
    As someone who has tried a lot of diets I know that not all diets are the real deal. This is one that I have actually had some success with, and more importantly it was one that I found easy to maintain. I felt better than I had in a long time while on this diet. My energy levels have been up and I already notice that my clothes fit better after just a few weeks. The best thing about this book is the fact that it is easy to follow and I don’t feel like it’s a struggle to maintain, unlike some other books and diets I have tried. This is actually more of a life change than a diet or quick fix, although the results are coming pretty quickly for me.
    If you are looking for an easy to follow diet plan that actually works, this is a must read book. You will be so glad that you read it once you start losing the weight!

    A good read
    Just when you think you have seen it all, along comes another book on weight loss. Before you start screaming, ”Not another one”, do read this book because it is different from books out there. The concept of using blood type is an entirely new dimension to weight loss.
    Weight loss is an obsession for most of us as that urge to get into a new dress or just simply to boost our confidence is always etched in our minds. Stephen Williams’s approach is a novel way to get the weight down to where we want to and the beauty of this approach is it stays at that level. The key to good health and losing weight is healthy living. Eating home grown local food as fresh as possible. Cutting out processed and adulterated food is another option. Weight loss should be a lifestyle change and it should be viewed holistically encompassing all aspects of your life.
    Stephen William’s book contains a whole spectrum of ways and methods to reduce weight by the weight loss method. The book has been organized in such a way you can choose any chapter to focus on. The content is informative and very clearly explained. The book can be read and understood by children and adults.
