Rockpaw lays down on a rock, warily glancing around. "Where are you?" He whispered. There was a rustle behind him. He turned his head. Out of the bushes came a she-cat that looked like a yellow and white tiger, the stripes being yellow. The she-cat ran through, chasing a rabbit, without even glancing at him. More slowly, a kit walked in behind the tiger cat. The kit was deep saphire blue with regular saphire blue eyes. The kit wore a chain collar. The chain was buired under her fur and was the same color. Its pendant was a saphire blue star. She stopped and looked at Rockpaw. Rockpaw stood and stepped back, falling off the rock. "Uh... hi," he said. "The cat just stood and stared at him. Rockpaw thought he had done something wrong. The cat suddently smiled," Hi!" She ran up to him and jumped gracfully over the rock. "My names Starkit! Whats yours?" "My name is Rockpaw," he said. It was quiet for a long time, and Rockpaw found himself looking into the six moon old's eyes. She suddently pricked her ears and looked around, eyes wide. Without saying anything, she bounced away. Rockpaw looked around and listened carefuly. He felt pain in his hind leg as he was lifted off the ground. He was dropped, and ,with a heavy paw on top of him, was pinned down. He could see his attacker was Dark Shadow, the evil black wolf with red eyes. His claws dug into his skin. He saw a tabby tom rouge in Dark Shadow's jaws. He was still alive, trying to escape. Dark Shadow threw him to the ground and he landed on a sharp rock. Rockpaw watched as Dark Shadow bit down on the tom's head and throat, killing him. He tore up the tom's side and now everything was a bloody mess. Blood stained the ground and fur. Dark Shadow raked his long sharp claws down Rockpaw's belly. He struggled to escape. What if no one came to his rescue? He felt claws digging into the side of his head and felt teeth in his neck. He was lifted up by his neck, then dropped, aimed for a sharp bloody rock. But what made it worse was that he managed to somehow flip himself over, so he was going to hit his head on the rock. That would be the end for sure. Fortunatly, it only hit his shoulder. But it also stabbed into his side. Dark Shadow aimed a blow for rockpaw's eye. He closed his eyes as Dark Shadow delivered the blow. He missed his eye by very little. He did leave a large scrape across his head, right above his eye. He scraped Rockpaw's side deeply, pressing down into his skin. He did it again, and again, and again. He flipped him over, so that his good side was facing up. Dark Shadow raked his claws deeply across his head and ripped through his side, just like he did to Rockpaw's other side. He had grains of dirt and sand inside his wounds. Rockpaw wasnt pinned down anymore, but couldnt get up. Rockpaw closed his eyes. He felt his good hind leg being bitten and then rockpaw felt the extreme pain of his woulds scraping against the rough ground. He opened his eye that was facing up. He could see a thick constant trail of blood following him. He was being dragged away by Dark Shadow. He let himself be engulfed by darkness and not know anything that happened after that. ~ Rockpaw= in pain

The Golden Wolf padded in, a pure white shewolf, tall and lean. Almost like a goddess. She had stars in her pelt. Clad in gold chestplate and collar and leggings, it twinkled brightly. Her eyes shone a peircing blue. She pelted in, not leaving paw prints. She floated over the snow. "Who is your leader around here. I am not here for a fight. Just to talk." She barked sharply and low, calm.
