Although the author of this book is long gone, the research he did on Native American tribes and their warriors -- both male and female -- lives on after him. Found the book easy to read and a real compendium of Indian nations, their wars, which included their winners and losers. Well worth the low price!

I didn't know much about about American Indian history, but thanks to this ebook I have a good grasp of much tribal and war stories of the many groups of native Americans. A lot of bang for the buck. Can't go wrong.

Unfortunately in editing you provide a nicely put together synopsis, but there are no references so validity is openended. For serious lovers of Native AMerican history we want and need the real thing, sources and documentation. For young or new readers in the area of Native American studies it's an excellent introduction. However, there are still no references to know how to open the doors in the hallway you provide. This is a fairly fast read with facts I had never heard before. It gives an interesting perspective on each of the warriors that are discussed. It is a book that children from 4th grade and up should be able to read.
