I don't know how many guitars and amps are listed in this book but I couldn't find information on most guitars I own. For example, Ibanez Roadstar II series, or Aria Pro II RS series. Let alone some less known guitars like Ventura (not even mentioned) or Vantage (just a few examples, and of course not the ones I have). Even those that are listed appear to have inaccurate information. For example, acoustic Aria AD-28 is listed to be MSR $350 (real list price is $550) with street price of $250 but the cheapest you can get it $450. But there is a much more information on Fenders and Gibson (information everyone can get on internet for free).

For any person who is interested in buying and selling guitars or guitar amps, this is a must have! I would recommend this to anyone from the novice to the expert.

If you are interested in learning how to buy, sell, or play guitars, than this book is perfect for you. I learned how to judge prices and conditions for myself, and how to tell when a seller is taking advantage of me. Plus, the commentary at the beginning of the book is extremely funny! Thank you so much!

I own a music store in upper Minnesota and like to shop around for classic guitars. The bluebook has been very helpful in aiding me to purchase what I want, and need to sell quality instruments.
