Blue Heaven, The Waters Above the Earth, is a children’s book that follows the life of a young boy named Kondwani as he searches for peace through the spirit of God. The story parallels events happening in Africa today, by depicting a time of hardship and how the Lord carried the young boy through difficult times. God allows him to focus on the things above the earth reflecting on his glory. It is vividly illustrated in full color (a total of 32 pages), allowing the reader to be captivated by God’s awesome power.

About the Author

Brian D. Lawrence is a graduate of Columbus College of Art and Design in 1993, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Industrial Design. Upon graduating, received the most Outstanding Senior award for dedication to his studies. Following graduation he began work at a major toy company creating many toy products and lines for various licenses and brands. Acquiring knowledge of the toy business, Brian left the company in 2001 to begin freelance with several product-oriented companies, learning and growing in art and design.
