If your goal is to become healthier, have more energy and feel good, then you need to buy this book. The ingredients in these recipes are made of organic, plant-based foods and everything comes out tasting delicious! The author does an excellent job of making a vegetarian cookbook enjoyable (instead of boring). I love how i can curl up on the couch with a cup of tea and this book and then head straight into the kitchen with it and start cooking.
