The first two Gene Vincent albums which together run under an hour paired on one CD are a real treat, chronicling a ferocious array of talent -- not just Vincent as a singer, who started strong and improved dramatically between the two albums' songs, but Cliff Gallup and Willie Williams' hot lead and rhythm guitar pairing on the first dozen tracks, and some great virtuoso lyrical flourishes by Gallup on the second dozen tracks.
