This is a great series of books for USMLE Step 1

Notes and Cases combined basic clinical science with a clinical cases. This is exactly what the USMLE is like. Each USMLE question has a clinical senario and one needs to filter thru everything, find the important information and answer the question. Notes and cases help streamline the studying process and put the student on the right track to score big numbers on the Boards.
