    Fantastic Blues/Rock Album

It's just Jimi being what he was: amazing. Some of the best of his songs, and some of them are often overlooked. A must for any fan of his tunes. I'm happy to have gotten the album when it came out originally.

    Holly chuckmaroney

Hendrix is god. I have never heard someone playing so much feeling and passion. This album is great, all songs are outstading. I just think the editors should have left the first song out. It sort of doesn't match the others.

" Did ya think I could do that?"

Jimi's popular work overshadows his talent as an electric and acoustic blues player. This cd is worth buying for what Jimi says at the end of the first track.

    jimi goes home

going back to his roots, hendrix has revealed more of himself to the listener than in any previous album. an almost supernatural vein is revealed and he surely must have stood at the legendary crossroads in mississippi only to trick the devil and come away with his soul intact. definitely the best blues album anywhere, any time.

The most sacred blues album of all time

this is the #1 blues album of all time. Take the richness of jimi playing rocknroll and then get the blues. Definately a man before his time. grab a fourty and a microdot sit back and let jimi take you home.
