Another great, diversified, instruction book from the folks at Hal Leonard Publishing, Corp with a special thanks to author Dave Rubin for the great contribution. This series of "Methods" is the "de facto" standard textbook for learning and playing music on any instrument. Blues Ukelele is written with the assumption that the reader has a familiarity with a basic knowledge of music theory. The book is written with an easy to follow format for self-paced study of the songs, licks, and riffs in both standard musical notation and TAB. The 48 pages are packed full of of pure learning joy and happiness along with an accompanying CD with all songs included at both slow and fast paced tempos. Topics covered include 8 and 12 bard blues, major and minor pentatonic scales, the blues scale, string bending, slides, solos, intros and turnarounds, and much more. This book will have you strumming, singing, and smiling in not time "flat" or "sharp"...All things strings(GCEA/ADF#B/DGBE)...DEO...}:)>
