He lives in New York City. Julia Moskin has co-authored with Chicago chefs Gale Gand and Rick Tramonto, American Brasserie: Butter Sugar Flour Eggs; and with Rafael Palomino, Bistro Latino. I gave it as a gift because I thought it was an excellent book, Bobby Flay has excellent recepies and most of all the price was very good.
This book is an ok cookbook. I am becoming very disappointed with Flay. This was supposed to be Bobby Flay cooks American but everything has a southwest twist to it, which he loves to do with everything. Kinda disappointing.
