    I took this book out of the library when I was ready to get back

    I took this book out of the library when I was ready to get back in shape. I had very low expectations, to be very honest. My husband and I followed the plan strictly for the first 2-weeks. To my surprise and delight, I lost a whole lot of weight! This book is the perfect guide for us women who, after pregnancy, have forgotten how to eat sensibly and have perhaps fallen into bad habits. I recommend it to any new mom.

    Not for me

    Great book, very informative, but who has time to make the recipes in the meal plans when as a new mom I can barely find time to eat, nevermind cook a recipe for each meal
