    One of the best no-nonsense approaches to nutrition, health and weight maintenance or loss.

    This book is not for someone wanting the "quick fix" of any particular part of their diet. Whether to loose weight or maintain a healthy body weight and fat level this book gives you all that you need. But, it is not for someone trying to get to a quick and easy (and often times unreasonable) goal. The information was fabulous and easy to understand and apply to everyday life. I've read many books on nutrition and diet for health and I can say that this book is well written and the best I've read. I highly recommend this book!

    Great Information

    I have Tom's ebook, Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" and find it very useful. This book is more for the general audience and isn't as technical. It is good for anyone wanting to lose weight. There is more focus on the emotional aspect of eating which is what many of us deal with.

    Makes a good case for long term weight management

    I have followed Venuto for awhile and this book is good for anyone that needs to lose weight or if you want good ideas for maintenance. Tom's approach is simple, basic, logical, and easy to understand. A good book to inspire a healthy approach to weight control.

    I want to be in the Fitness field as a Professional

    I bought this book because I got to on a link from Mensfitness.com and I thought it looked like a great book and with some interesting help for my professional career and field. I am currently reading and am loving it. It seems like a great help. A great easy read.

    Good Book

    Excellent read, this book covers so many angles while staying simple and focused. My only complaint is that the tables of healthy foods are extremely difficult to read on the nook.

    Highly recommend

    I really enjoyed this book. It was so easy to follow and it was a great way for me to understand how the mind works in correlation with weight loss. There are so many false diets and pills out there and this book put all that in perspective.
