The Body Strong Kettlebell Blitz Beginner Program was developed by Paul and Robyn Bova to help introduce people to Kettlebells. There is a lot of information in books and on the internet about training with Kettlebells. However, we believe that our program will properly introduce those new to Kettlebells with a foundation that will reduce the risk of injury. Our Beginner program, which we use with all of our new clients, develops the platform necessary to advance to more difficult routines. We have specifically chosen ten exercises, which we feel, build the foundation for Kettlebell training. All of our programs are designed around being short and intense, hence naming the program “Blitz”. Our Beginner program is twenty-five minutes (including the rest periods) and we guarantee that it will be one of the toughest workouts you have ever done. The Body Strong Kettlebell Blitz Beginner program was designed to get your heart rate up quickly and keep it up throughout the entire routine. The free sample is meaningless. I received 5 pages - 1 of which was a blank page followed by 4 pages of publishing information.

I really like the way this book breaks down the steps of each exercise, making it easier to understand the more complicated moves. The workout is tough, but the author provides tips to make the routines easier or harder as you advance. Well worth it.

There is not much out there for beginner kettlebell training, so this one will have to do. There wasn't too much on the history of kettlebell training. Also it would have been informative to know a lot more of why kettlebell training in so effective. I am a person who likes to know why I am doing something. Also, the instructions could have been more clear. However, in the absense of anything else out there, I do not regret my purchase of the book.
