On the trail of the shape shifter panther, Buck knocks heads with gang of cattle rustlers that is into oil theft, dog fighting and crystal meth. He also meets the gorgeous shaman of a pagan commune situated deep in the blackjacks of central Oklahoma. Esme has a giant wolf dog, a rattlesnake tattoo on her shoulder, is an American Indian and the last surviving Mississippian. Or is she? As Buck closes on the answer, his senses become blurred. He must fight for his life in this modern-day Western thriller where mystery and suspense come face to face with the supernatural and paranormal.
