This book was recommended to me by a friend about seven years ago when I first ventured into bread making. Almost everything I know about breadmaking comes from this book. It is very educational, carefully written and has true and tried recipies. My family and friends expect the best breads (with a lot of variety) from me and this book has never let me down.
