Meet the Author

Carlos Barrios is a renowned anthropologist and authority on Mayan history, culture, astrology and the predictions of the Mayan Calendar.     Simply amazing...

    As someone who has always had an interest in ancient history, anthropology, spirituality, etc., this book has nearly satiated my desire for researching cultural traditions and origins of humanity that coincide with several other cultural beliefs/legends and scientific theories about our current situations and what is expected to occur before, during, and after 2012. As an avid reader and researcher, I still anticipate reading more on this topic from other references that I find as well, but it will be VERY difficult to top this book.
