Editorial Reviews

From Barnes & Noble

If there is a dark side Star Wars bible, this is it. To construct The Book of Sith, Darth Sidious compiled texts about Sith history and texts by Sorzus Syn, Darth Bane, Darth Malgus, Mother Talzin, and Darth Plagueis, and then added one by himself. To this authoritative tome, annotations and handwritten notes have been added by the likes of Darth Vader, Yoda, Mace Windu, and Luke Skywalker. This attractive illustrated volume adds new dimensions to the history of Star Wars' most revered and feared villains.

A Must Have for Star Wars Fans!!

I have "The Jedi Path: A Manual for Students of the Force" Vault Edition, and I just got this book in the mail today, it is absolutely worth ever penny. Anyone else that owns The Jedi Path will not be disappointed with this Dark Side version. Even the Holocron that opens up containing the book is much improved over the container for The Jedi Path. Also the pages within The Book of Sith are a representative of the hodgepodge of texts that were collected into one volume. If you love Star Wars lore, especially lore concerning the Darkside and the Sith then you will love this book. Any Star Wars fan would be proud to have this book and its goodies in their collection.

It's a great gift for someone who is wicked into Star Wars, howe

It's a great gift for someone who is wicked into Star Wars, however, I had to replace the first one I received because the door wouldn't open all of the way, and the second one I got is messing up again after not being used much. It looks really cool for the moments that you're able to use it, but be careful not to press the button too many times. It's impressive enough to be worth $60, but I would have liked it to have maintained functionality longer. Because now I feel like I spent $60 on a toy that was only used twice.
