This book is a great resource in a small package. If you are currently in a teaching program you need to start reading this book right away. Actually stop what you are doing right now and get out and read it. If you do this it will help you get a focus to your studies and in the end it will help you set up a portfolio written well enough to get you any job you want. The best quote from this book is: ¿One characteristic of excellent teachers is that they learn from every experience and every person they meet.¿ I found this to be a profound, yet very true statement. This book also gives you a very straightforward cut and dry way to help you obtain and sustain a wonderful portfolio. It explains that you should find the best way to present you in the best light, and what is now in with the teaching profession.
