I am very unhappy with this book. I ordered this textbook 2 weeks before my first test thinking because it was a nook study it would come in quickly and I would have no worry about shipping. It still hasn't come in and I had to reschedule me first test. This book took me 2 orders to get and when I finally did it said there was an error with the book and I couldn't read it. I tried calling their customer service (who I had already talked with 3 times prior) and they were closed. I was unable to study and it impacted my grade and I am so unhappy with this that I will never be buying a nook study again.
