I loved this book. Samantha was interdouced to me by my old best friend- Samantha! I loved it and it is about a young Victorion girl who learns to face chalenges while teaching her best friend, who is a maid. Everyone thinks it is wrong exept her grandmother, and everyone teases her. This is a exelent story of friend ship!

It was a generous and sweet story of how Samantha and Nellie unite. They get to go to school together, and play.A remarkable section of the story is when Samantha is Nellie's teacher. In the Woman's Speaking Contest,it was delightful when Samantha wins first prize.
