    The key to health!

    This book explains the critical importance of bacteria to our health and well-being. In language that is easy to understand, the authors explain how important intestinal bacteria are to our immunity, our nutritional status and our overall health. With so many people at risk for disease and distress, this book is a must-read for prevention and optimizing health.
