The Heroine is foul-mouthed and foul-tempered, despite the fact that the love interest rescues her from several predicaments. I finally gave up caring about what happened to them and quit reading, which is really rare for me. At least I didn't waste money as well as time on it.

Freebie at 695 pages. Took a chance and enjoyed this book despite the title. Will read the next one in this series.

I picked this book up because it was free and was so glad that I did. I started reading it in a middle of a different book I was on and couldn't put it down until I was done. The book was funny, and the characters grow quickly on you. If you like city meets country or want to try something different, don't be afraid to give this one a shot.

five stars for a freebie! This book is a great weekend or rainy day book romantic comedy. I seriously laughed out loud in a few spots.

I didn't like all the vulgarity and language of this book, story was good without it.

A good read with a good story line. Didn't like that it had too much description and very little dialog.

This is one of the best free nook books out there. The story is light and funny, it reads quickly but still draws you in. Love it!

I just finished this one and bought all the rest of this series and the cozy cash mysteries. :) Looking forward to the two short stories as well!

This book took me forever to read. It was enjoyable but i didnt get hooked on it. It could of been a shorter book with less detail on unimportant stuff. More details on the conflict between the neighbors and how the love match finally turned into something they both wanted. Other then that it was an ok read.

This story needs some major editing!!the story was way too long and had too much description and not enought dialogue. It was a nice story but could of been written in half the pages and still had a better story with less repetition

Overview
Bootscootin' Blahniks is a romantic comedy with a chick lit, gone-country twist. Think Sex and The City meets Urban Cowboy. A Manhattan apparel designer, who's also a closet country line dancing queen, has traded-in her stiletto-clad clientele for (1) the frequent shoppers of a Music City tractor supply store and (2) a tomato-growin' bootscootin' cowboy. Is her best fit on the dance floor?
