Editorial Reviews

Julie Jenkins
This book was, at times, funny, memorable, sad, and and made me angry for how much tragedy a girl had to grown up in. Crissy is a fighter, a strong soul, and most of all, just a girl that needs to be loved. I liked the book because, as the reader, i could feel her processing life's events, feel her joy, and feel her pain. I will definitely be purchasing the entire trilogy and recommend this book for anyone who thinks that life is always what it seems. Crissy will prove you wrong!

It touched a soft spot with me...This book really hit home. If other people were to have this book. People would see whats behind someones eyes. Everyone has a story , and Crissy tells her story well and proud, She turn things that were bad and used it as a stepping stone in changing her life and molding herself into this amazing proud mama... Im so proud of her... Love ya girl. Keeping writing.... All the best, <3 Sher

Meet the Author

I love life and the opportunities it has offered me and more to come. I love my family, friends, and all animals. I am strong and career driven. I live life today and look forward to living in the future. God bless everyone the way he has blessed me.

I am 31 years old. I was born and raised in Chattanooga Tennessee. I have lived in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, and I now reside in Brooklyn New York. I was a bartender and did some modeling and professional dancing for 9 years. And when I get a chance, I love to go on the water and do what I love to do best " fish". I love the sport and the fun I have . Everyday is different and I always try live for the present and prepare for the future. I am very spontaneous and a daredevil. I love a adrenaline rush and the fear of being scared.I am very athletic and healthy. I have to be to live the life I lead. I am also a mother to my beautiful daughter Destiny. She is 14. She is wonderful. We have the best relationship a mother and daughter could ask for. She is my world. I have a wonderful Boyfriend named Jeff. We are going on 5 years and still having a wonderful adventure. I love them both. Now currently in my life, I have just completed my first book. Born WIth A Curse. It is the first part of a trilogy, I have held my stories in long enough. It is time to let them out and hopefully help others. 2012 has to be a better year a year to uplift and unfold our planets history and mysteries. In all walks of life. This is a year of healing, and redemption. God Bless...

LOVE,LOVE and LOVED This book.... A great wait to prove a point in life. I'm not the only one with problems and it teaches you that if you have faith and the heart to strive to go on, That you can overcome all obstacles. She should make this into a mini series... Move over Daniel Steele.... Cristina Denayer McConathy is on the loose. :)
