This is a great book and it helps the person suffering to see where these dysfunctional behaviors with money and spending come from...and how to heal them for good. The only complaint I have about the book are the grammatical errors or typing mistakes throughout the book - there must have been no editing or proofreading in the book. For the price the book costs, I'm very surprised to see so many errors in one book.

A good, straight-forward introduction to shopping and spending addictions. I enjoyed the organization and the variety of this book.  It has storied of clients the author/therapist has counseled, facts and stats, theories about why people  have this problem, and exercises to do right in the book. Highly recommended for shopaholics as well as those who love them or work with them.
