I've found this book really helpful because it gives totally concrete instructions. I'm too overwhelmed right now with motherhood to have to use my brain for much else. This book does the thinking for me.

This book is great. I love how it addressed exercise, nutrition AND mental health. As a mom I also appreciate that it doesn't overwhelm you with restrictive eating plans or long, involved workouts. It is totally realistic about what I can handle at this crazy stage in my life.

I love how this book has a plan for each week for an entire year. It makes it so easy! THe book was so helpful and since the author has just gone through it herself I can relate. She knows where I am coming from.
