Wow- this short little story sure packs a super sexy punch! Darl

Wow- this short little story sure packs a super sexy punch! Darla and Jacob hadn't seen each other since one night of passion became a little too intense and then Jacob had to leave on a Special Forces mission. The chemistry between them explodes off the page as soon as they are once again in the same room and Darla is introduced to the secret world he had previously left behind for her. A super sexy, quick read that leaves you practically begging for more.

    Good

I would love if these stories were longer. It makes me feels as if I'm reading a magazine story. I wanted to know more about what happens woth Darla and Jacob. Will they have a threesome again with Marcus? It went by so fast. :(

    A Must Read

I truly enjoyed the relationship between Darla and Jacob in this book. Again this is a short read so everything kind of happens fast but it works in this one. You figure out right away that Darla and Jacob have a past and have already done the relationship thing but Darla was not comfortable in Jacob's world and that forces her to push him away. He leaves and that is when Darla decides she is gonna learn the way of The Society. She agrees to be taught by The Societies leader but Jacob is having none of that. He joins the party and shows Darla just how much she belongs to him. Darla is an attorney so she is not used to not having control but is determined to show the man she loves that she can be a part of something that is important to him. I really liked that about her. She was willing to confront something that she was scared of for Jacob. Jacob was your typical Dom. Alpha, powerful, demanding...amazing character and he was perfect for the book. This was a very good fast, erotic read that I would recommend.

    A Great Read

    Contemporary, Texas

Darla Rogers was pushed erotically by her lover, Jacob Remington three years ago and ran when it became too much. With him in Special Forces at that time it made it a little easier especially when he was sent out on a mission. Since that time Darla has regretted her actions but figures it is too late now to chance what had happened.

Jacob Remington returned from his mission long ago but never tried to get back with Darla but now they are thrown together again and this time Jacob isn't willing to let Darla run. Jacob has had time to think about what happened three years ago and he wants to see if maybe this time they can get thing right.

Darla wants to take this second chance with Jacob and see where it might lead. She isn't going to let her fears rule her this time and she wants to prove to Jacob that she does trust him and wants what he is offering but she is going to have to prove that to him so that he knows this time around she is serious and isn't going to let anything stand in the way of what they just might be able to have together.

This is great continuation from the first story in this trilogy. The story is fast paced and engrossing and the reader will hate to see the end. Even though this is a short story the author manages to give the back story of the characters so that reader is never lost in the story and never bored with finding out what happened between the characters in the past. This is a worth while story that will have the reader wanting the next story in the trilogy.
