Five years ago, when undercover assassin Viktor Prakenskii shot Blythe Daniels's pedophile stepfather at point-blank range, kissed her hard, and disappeared, he hadn't thought he'd lose all contact with his young wife. But his letter and numerous messages strangely went astray, and when Viktor returns on a final mission, he must deal with a wary spouse, skeptical brothers, and a paranoid and deadly villain he's vowed to bring down at all costs. Psychic and elemental magic swirls through this carefully plotted story as a deeply damaged hero finds home and belonging in the arms of a heroine who loves him enough to accept him as he is and strong enough to help him heal. VERDICT Sensual, violent, intense, and thrilling, this final stunning installment of the "Sea Haven: Sisters of the Heart" series is the one fans have been waiting for, and they won't be disappointed. Feehan (Dark Promises) lives in Lake County, CA.

After five years of deep cover, an assassin returns to Sea Haven to reunite with his wife.In a book culminating two series—Drake Sisters and Sisters of the Heart—and potentially setting a new one in motion, Feehan (Power Game, 2017, etc.) takes readers back to the small town of Sea Haven, where the Drake Sisters and the Sisters of the Heart have all settled with their mates and husbands. Blythe Daniels, living on a farm also inhabited by her "sisters," gets the shock of her life when the vicious-looking Viktor "Czar" Prakenskii hops off a Harley claiming to be her husband. To Blythe, he's the man who left her with no word or looking back after wooing her and then shooting her stepfather, a sexual predator. Back in town on undercover illegal business and hoping to make a brand new start—both for himself and the 17 other members of the Torpedo Ink Motorcycle Club—Viktor must convince Blythe to accept their marriage as real and give him a chance to redeem himself. As relationships build on all sides, the couple and their various forms of siblings grow on the reader; the violent, stoic hypermasculinity depicted in the earlier stages of the plot either takes a back seat or becomes less frustrating. In the meantime, Feehan's writing is frantic and scattered, and the couple's rediscovery of each other is hurried in order to keep the plot moving. There are also several mentions and depictions of rape and child molestation as the Torpedos raid human trafficking operations and discuss their own pasts. In the end, Feehan somehow brings everything to a satisfactory conclusion while also leaving things open for future exploration. Violent and scattered; best for fans of Feehan and the two series connected to it.

This isn't an easy story to read. Viktor and his mates endured a horrific life, and Ms. Feehan describes it in detail throughout the book. The story builds to a satisfying conclusion by combining the powers of the Sisters of the Heart, the Drake sisters, and all of the Prakenskii brothers. I could not put this book down. My only wish is that Ms. Feehan would create a new series that tells us what happens with Victor's "brothers and sisters." Thank you, Ms. Feehan, for sending Sea Haven out with a bang!

As always the author hooked me from the first sentence to the last. Always get to the end and wish the story could keep going and going. It was great to catch up with the Drake sisters and catch a glimpse of what they have been up to. I'm hoping this isn't the last we see of Sea Haven. Hope there is more to come for the men and women of Torpedo Ink!

I enjoyed this series very much. I hope to visit Sea Haven again soon with continued interactions between the Drakes, Prakenskis and all their extended family.

Ms Feehan's Bound Together is a deeply complex story that I will have to read at least three times in order to grasp all the nuances. Blythe and Victor are finally together again after a five year separation, their reunion is rife with misunderstandings on both sides. Victor's expectations are high and Blythe is not quite sure she wants to fulfill them. The story brings members of the Drake series back and introduces Victor's Torpedo Ink motorcycle club into the mix. There are great tidbits of Blythe's past that help clear up questions I had from the Drake series, settles how Jackson will accept the Prakenskii brothers in his town and let's you know that Ms Feehan won't be leaving Sea Haven anytime soon. An incredible accomplishment for one book. I LOVED it and anticipate this being a book I will read again and again!!

SPOILERS** This is the 6th and final book in the Sisters of the Heart Series, by Christine Feehan. This is Blythe and Viktor’s story and its also the introduction to Christine’s new series, Torpedo Ink. Torpedo Ink is Viktor’s Band of Brothers, the only ones who survived the training school he was sent to as a child. It’s also the penultimate end to a great series. Viktor returns after 5 long years with no word from Blythe or his birth-brothers. He’s put his life and marriage on hold in order to bring down the biggest human-trafficker in the world. Evan Gratso’s is back, after burying his brother, he’s taken over the trafficking business and he’s out to kill Jackson Deveau and he wants Elle, Jackson’s wife. Viktor, working undercover, is as close to killing Evan than he has been in five long years, but the violence and exploitation of innocents has taken its toll and he’s tired. His Band of Brothers need a base and peace from all of the abuse and trauma they received as children as they trained to become assassins. Viktor wants and needs his wife back, she’s his home and his band of brothers need her compassion and strength to heal from their childhood trauma. Blythe has put her emotional life on hold, she has her sisters but never thought she’d see Viktor again after he killed her step-father and left without a word. Now, five years later, Viktor wants in, but she’s rebuilding her life without him, getting stronger and becoming the one her sisters depend on. But, seeing him again, hearing his reasons, makes her think that maybe, just maybe, Viktor isn’t the bad guy… This is one of the best in this series, and we finally get to see all of the Prakenskii brothers together as well as the Drake Sisters, who band together to stop Evan and his crew of criminals. I cannot wait for the Torpedo Ink series and have the Band of Brothers have their own stories, find peace and their own “home”.

I have waited for this book since the beginning. From the first chapter this booked grabbed me. Victor personality is so strong but caring in that alpha male style. Blythe is the binding from the beginning and her story was worth waiting for. But what I loved most is that if I had not been reading this series and picked this book up I would have fallen in love and found this world. This month has been so great rereading the sisters stories and finishing with Blythe and Victor's story.

Wow! I went through the emotional ringer on this one! So many twists and turns, sometimes I didn't know which way was up! Blythe has had to battle her demons on her own for the last 5 years. Then Viktor shows back up and walks in like he owns the place. Viktor has been in his own personal hell while he's been away from Blythe. Can they forgive each other and themselves and start over? Viktor asked far more of Blythe than just to start over, Can she do it? Will she do what Viktor asks of her? Set aside a day or two to read this, once you start, you won't want to put it down.

Bound Together is the sixth and final book in Christine Feehan’s Sea Haven series: Sisters of the Heart. Although I have only read the first book in this series, Water Bound, Bound Together stands up very well as a stand-alone book. This was an exciting and emotional read; however, there are elements of the story, pedophilia and human trafficking, that takes the reader out of the realm of romantic adventure as graphic descriptions skirt along the edges of horror. With romance, I want happy endings and justice, not just for rape, torture, and abuse to be throw-away plot devices. The rape of children is especially disturbing. But what makes this book a five star read is the relationship between Viktor and Blythe. Their journey touched on every element that makes for great character and relationship development. When I read a romance, I want to know more about the characters…who they are as individuals, why they are drawn to each other, what obstacles they have to overcome to keep their love alive. Viktor is my favorite type of hero… possessive and domineering, but at the same time he was gentle and supportive of the woman who held his heart and soul. But I rarely dislike a book because of the hero. Great heroines are rare to stumble across, for myself, there must be balance and I find that nine times out of ten the heroine is the main reason I dislike a book. Blythe is the type of heroine that I adore…compassionate, powerful. Despite all of the issues that stand between them, Viktor and Blythe are such amazing people and so well-matched that you want to root for them to find their way back to each other. Blythe’s has some awesome powers and unlike Elle Drake, Blythe was truly shown to be powerful in that her gifts were not easily circumvented by the more powerful male villain. I found “Bound Together” to be a well-written, moving novel. The story is balanced by action, adventure, romance, and bonding that makes the reader care about these characters and want to follow the Torpedo Ink cast of characters into the new series .

Review: BOUND TOGETHER (A Sea Haven Novel) by Christine Feehan Publication Date: March 21, 2017 Genre: Paranormal Romance Reviewed by: Reading in Pajamas/ Donna Rated: 4 Stars I enjoyed the mixture of MCs and the paranormal, as it gives the stories a lot more depth. I did have a hard time warming up to Blythe and Viktor, I'm glad they found each other, but I was not able to relate to them. The danger and climax of the story was a real 'page turner', and their sexy romance was hot and inventive. I am also glad that the group dynamics and interaction was constant, so it could make reading about their dark, disturbing past a little easier. I liked it and the Sea Haven series. *Review copy provided by Penguin in exchange for an honest review.

Bound Together by Christine Feehan is the 6th and final book in her Sea Haven/Sisters of the Heart series. Viktor Prakenskii is the final brother that is destined to meet his mate in Sea Haven. Ilya was the one who started it all in the Drake Sisters series, and all his brothers have since followed meeting their mates in Sisters of the Heart. Blythe Daniels is the last woman to find her happiness, but 5 years ago, she married a man who disappeared after killing her evil step father, and never heard from again. Viktor has had the same violent and harsh upbringing his brothers had, and is the most lethal, as well as their leader. Viktor has been working undercover for the evil and powerful Evan Gratsos (we remember him from the Drake Sisters). Viktor has his own motorcycle gang (Torpedo Ink) , who grew up together at the school, where they were abused sexually and emotionally, then trained to be assassins. But Viktor is a good guy, even if he is hard and dangerous; he and his team fight to save the children against the pedophiles. They do all they can to save them and get them out of the clutches of Even and his Swords Gang. Then Viktor finds out that Evan is planning to go to Sea Haven and kill Jackson and Elle. Viktor, under the guise of checking out the place for Evan, then goes back to Sea Haven, where Blythe lives to help alert Jackson and his brothers of the upcoming attack. When Blythe sees Viktor, she is shocked, and even more so when Viktor proves to her that she is his wife. She never believed she was married; thinking since he left without a word, the marriage was a ruse. Viktor was a loose cannon, as he was determined to win back Blythe and convince her that she belongs to him. There was also an issue where he tells Blythe that he left her messages both to her and his brothers to watch over her. No one ever received these messages. Viktor brought half of his team, also undercover working for Evan’s gang. I really did like adopted family, which when all come together would be 18, which include two girls; all having survived horrific childhoods and all totally devoted and loyal to Viktor. Blythe, who is an empath, knows in a short time, despite her anger and distrust, that she still loves Viktor. It was an emotional and difficult meeting when Viktor comes face to face with his birth brothers whom he has not seen for many many years or have never seen. At the start, when Viktor was very demanding to Blythe, even though he had not talked to her in 5 years, I was kind of not liking him too much. But that changed quickly, as their romance heated up and he was so loving to her. Viktor always told his team that Blythe would be the one who would help them see the good of life and teach them how to enjoy and trust. With all that pressure, by the time we get to the end, you can tell she was going to be there for them. This was a wonderful story throughout the book, with many different elements within; we worried, we laughed, we became emotional or tense and even sad. We got to see Blythe and Viktor rekindle their second chance romance; we learned about the atrocious life Viktor and the young men and girls, who have become lethal, but take care of each other, as well as those who are being mistreated; the tense suspense as they prepare for the attack; the teaming of all our favorites from both Drake Sisters and Sisters of the Heart (Sea Haven) to fight the enemy, and healing that needs to be done for some of
