Overview

Box set of three April M. Reign novels:

1. Dividing Destiny
2. The Mancini Saga (IOU)
3. The Turning - Bound to Darkness

DIVIDING DESTINY
Private investigator Destiny Parks has spent her adult life trying to find, and bring to justice, her father's killer. Now, eight years later, she is still holding on to his cold case, hoping to find the one clue that will solve it—until one rainy night, and one car accident, that will change her life forever.

Jacob Blake is a no-nonsense, arrogant lawyer married to conniving Eva Blake. Suspecting Eva is having an affair, Jacob demands a divorce—until one rainy night, and one car accident, that will change their lives forever.

You never know how life will turn out . . .

. . . Especially when you have to walk in someone else's shoes.

THE MANCINI SAGA (IOU)
Twenty-seven-year-old detective Carlo Mancini is your average do-good kind-of-guy with an insatiable appetite for justice. However, Carlo has one personal setback: his inability to let a senseless crime become a cold case. His obsession to uphold the law has led him on a ten-year, dead-end search for the infamous IOU thief.

Twenty-six-year-old Mia Baker lives a normal life: a quaint apartment overlooking Central Park, cherished friends, and Pirate, her one-eyed cat. To most people, Mia’s life seems perfect; but to Mia, that couldn’t be further from the truth—especially when her disturbing past comes back to haunt her.

When Detective Mancini bangs on Mia’s front door, he has no idea he will soon unravel some disturbing truths about himself, and the woman in front of him. One chance encounter can destroy the very fabric of their woven lives when Carlo realizes reality is not always black and white…

. . . Especially when secrets are involved.

THE TURNING - BOUND TO DARKNESS
Apollo and Amaya Shelly are twins, living deep in the forest of Stockwood Washington and away from civilization. Raised by their father and under the protection of their leader, Maximiliano, Apollo and Amaya live what they consider a normal life with the Sanguis clan.

Three days before their 18th birthday, the twins discover that their “normal” existence is anything but normal: their father and the Sanguis clan are vampires. Worse yet, they learn that an agreement was made that would predestine them to become vampires on their special day.

In a chilling race against time, the twins uncover a secret that could destroy their lineage and alter their existence. Whether past or present, family or clan, the line between good and evil can easily blur. . .

. . . Especially when they are bound to darkness

    more from this reviewer

Very exciting, couldn't stop turning the page.

I enjoyed all three books. Quite a good twist on Destiny. Very intense with a great romance added in.
Mancini I.O.U. was thrilling. The romance in it was also sizzling and the story line was based on news you hear or have heard about.
It was a little hard to take towards the end of The Turning, but after I finished it, I see there will be another in this series. It will be fun to pick up where this one left off. There for sure will be a sequel.
Great reading, I recommend any one liking romance novels or vampire novels to buy this set.

It was a great read, but was a misnomer

I enjoyed the books, but expected them to be about vampires (my favorite reads) and none of them had vampires in them. That part was disappointing, but all in all the books were good, just not what I expected

    Ok box set

I read the first book and found it ok. Then I skimmed the next one, which was just ok and I skipped the final one. I just couldn't get involved. It could have something to do with the kids, I don't know, I just couldn't finish it. I tried to like it because I love this type of genre, it just wasn't for me.

    A Real Page-Turner

This was a fantastic volume of books. I found it to be "almost" believable. Couldn't wait to see what happened next. A must-read for anyone.
