Beau Bradbury CSCS, CPT is a fitness professional and facility owner in Weatherford, Texas. He is the author of the book Bradbury Muscle Course and has published numerous internet articles. He first started helping people change their bodies for the better at age 17. He graduated from Texas Tech University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in exercise science and a minor in nutrition. He is certified by the National Strength & Conditioning Association as a CSCS and the American Council on Exercise as a CPT. He passionately helps people everyday radically improve their physiques by working with them in person or through his publications.
