    Clear, sharp and not a bad read

    I read this book solely with the intention of realizing whatever is left of my once youthful potential. The book not only helped me with tested techniques and clarity, but the best thing it did for me was give me a idea of how much more I can improve. It also helped me to articulate my focus as far as what I really want to get from my brain.

    A Terrific book for the laymen

    This book is without a doubt one of the best books for a non sientist to read to get a much better understanding of our brain and its workings, along with great tips on how to improve our mental functing. I must keep aleart and be totally aware of my envioronment to be better able to do my job 100 % and this book has given me great insight how to do that the Author in my opinion wrote this book to do just that
