This book is easy to use and helps to keep the brain active. I like the format and the ease of contents.

My husband and I saw the BrainPower Game Plan book advertised on TV. I have been having some memory problems due to personal and work related stress plus some of the medication I take doesnt help. When I got the book I immediately took the test. I scored a 90 -which I found after having several of my friends at work take it- that are around the same age -isnt too bad. We really did have alot of fun with it seeing who scored the highest. I am about 2/3rd's through the book-I really like it and have several people who want to read it when I am finished. Would definately give it as a gift to a relative or a good friend who complains about forgetting about things! And by the way it really has started helping my memory. I find I have alot less frustrating times trying to remember where something is at or how to do something. I am remembering better than my husband-which is definately different!
