Bramblestar whirled around to feel sharp claws on his pelt. "Mistystar!?" He mewed, shocked. "Yes." Hissed back Mistystar. "Wh-why are you attacking Thunderclan?!" Stammered Bramblestar. Dazed, he stared at Mistystar. Mistystar took the chance to pin him down.
"Because you voilated the Warrior Code, that's why!" She hissed. "Ever since Firestar ended his reign you took over! You do have Tigerstar's heart! Waiting for him to die!" Bramblestar yowled, "That's not true! I proved my loyalty! We aren't enemies! What have I done wrong?"
Mistystar hissed back, "Stealing prey, territory! Mudering cats! Planning to attack clans for no reason!! "I have not done those things!" Protested Bramblestar. "You must be mistaken! What evedince do you have?" She was about to answer, but a yowl sounded through camp for her. She slashed Bramblestar, than jumped off him and bolted into the battle. Bramblestar heard a yowl coming from beside him.
He got up to see a tom had pinned down Ginger. Ginger hissed, swiping at him. "Kingfisher!" "It's Fishtail now." Smirked the tom. "Why are you attacking me? I didn't do anything wrong! We're mates!" "Not any more." Growled Fishtail. Ginger gasped and hissed. Fishtail raised a claw to strike her, a blow that would kill her.
Bramblestar glanced over to see a tom ripping out Squirrelflight's throat. Which one? He had faced such choices many times. He needed to earn Ginger's trust and he had to save her from that horrible tom. But Squirrelflight was his mate.
He clenched his teeth and lept on Fishtail, knocking off Ginger. Fishtail let out a yowl and crashed to the ground. He kicked Bramblestar in the stomach. Bramblestar' s head spun.
Just then, a yowl sounded through the camp. "RIVERCLAN! RETREAT!" Cats sent up a yowl. Obviously, Thunderclan won. Bramblestar got up. There was no time for celebrating. He dashed to his mate, lying in camp in a pool of blood.
(You may be thinking, Mistystar would never act like this or Squirrelflight's gonna die! You'll find out. Patience. Bye ya'll!) ~ TMS
