I read a lot of business books, and there is no doubt this is one of the most enjoyable to read! The author explores the marketing and branding strategies of legendary rock bands, and demonstrates how those same stragegies can be applied to business.
My personal favorite chapter is about KISS and how they became so popular by being different, not by being better. That lesson immediately connected with my business where I am constantly trying to be better than my competition. Maybe I can succeed by being just as good, but very different.
If you own or work in any-sized business, I highly recommend this book.
