    Buck Bravo wants B.J. Carlyle

Buck Bravo has found the love of his life again or maybe it's still after all these years! The best part is B.J. Carlyle needs him. They ran into each a couple of months ago both were out on the town in NYC. With too many Manhattans they find themselves in his bed--maybe it wasn't that many drinks after all, really. B.J. is so sick - morning sickness all day but she'll wait a few months to tell Buck. B.J. is the features editor at her father's Mens Magazine, Alpha, and it's #1. She was to interview the hottest musical group for the December issue -- they break up and now she's without a feature. L.T., her father, calls her to have dinner with him and his latest Alpha 'girl' Jessica. Still fighting an upset stomach she arrives to find Buck Bravo, a best selling author, as a guest and her father tells her Buck is the December issue feature. Buck insists she come home with him to New Bethlehem Flat, CA to do the story. They arrive at the local Bed & Breakfast - Sierra Star - Buck's mother is the owner. Slowly B.J. is caught up in Buck's life and all the family and friends around the town. What a great love story Ms Rimmer has written - the Carlyles are a little larger than life and Buck is the most patient man around. I'm smiling as I write this--it's got humor & angst. It's a Signature Select so has a few extra features, an interview with Ms Rimmer and some history of THE Blake Bravo and a sneak peek of the next Silhouette Special Edition BRAVO FAMILY WAY

    entertaining contemporary romance

Alpha magazine features editor B.J. Carlyle is stunned when she finds out they no longer have the Christmas cover story as the popular Wise Brothers broke up. Meanwhile their competitor TopMale prints an unflattering article about her being a Manhattan man-eater. Her father, who owns Alpha, tells her he has the answer to her problems of lacking the feature article, a bio on writer Buck Bravo the man she fears to love and by the way is carrying his baby though no one knows this. --- Though capable of authoring a bio, Buck insists that B.J. write the article by spending two weeks on his family property, the Sierra Star B&B. His agenda is simple he made an error six years ago when he failed to follow up once a frightened B.J. rejected his proposal. When she caught with someone else soon afterward he knew he destroyed his life. When he finally coaxed her back in his bed two months ago, Buck regained hope, but now he has to persuade his beloved he will remain faithful, loyal, and loving forever. --- BRAVO UNWRAPPED is an entertaining contemporary romance starring a likable hero and a woman who fears commitment. Buck believes that he needs to take charge of the situation if he is to persuade his beloved they belong together that is before he knows she is pregnant. Thus he forces her onto his home field where she can see how much he loves his mother and siblings. Still he realizes the key remains bucking her belief that he will cheat on her and that she owes her father by proving her worth to him. Though the obstinacy of B.J. can become wearying, readers and her father will root for Buck to succeed --- Harriet Klausner
