    Not for me

This is a beautiful book, don't get me wrong, but, being written in the U.K. some of the ingredients require online purchase. Onr I could not even find! This really adds up. It is very annoying to want to make something and have to wait one to two weeks for stuff to arrive! I would not recommend this book for U. S. bakers!

    Easy, fast, delious and healthy

Absolutly the easiest bread book and terrific results as a bonus. I have made at least half of the recipes in this book and many, many repeats of our favorites. Try the rapid light wholemeal loaf for easy eating whole wheat loaf.
