I found this book at a stop in Albuquerque Airport and haven't put it down since. What captured my attention was the layout of the book. All the bread making techniques are reviewed in the beginning of the book and include batter breads, kneaded breads and bread machines. The recipes are then adjusted for each type. There are tons of interesting ideas and all recipes make just one loaf. I have tried many and they all come out PERFECT. This is a wonderful book for beginners to pros.
