As a clinical psychologist with 20 years experience, I highly recommend Dr. Bolen's book. As I read through it, I found myself asking why someone didn't write this book sooner! Dr. Bolen collates a great deal of research and general information about IBS, and then goes on to provide excellent techniques for managing the disorder, explained in a clear and straightforward manner.
Finally, some really great advice for IBS sufferers! Dr. Bolen's approach is unique and effective. I highly recommend this book.
